We provide cleaning services across Toronto, the GTA, Cambridge, Waterloo, Hamilton, Kitchener, Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, Brampton, and nearby areas.

If your location is outside these areas, please contact us first so we can confirm whether service is available.


3. Quotes and Pricing

Cleaning quotes are based on the information you provide, including the type of property, size of the space, cleaning service needed, location, condition of the property, and any special requests.

Quotes may be provided by phone, online form, message, or other communication method.

A quote is only an estimate unless clearly confirmed by us. Final pricing may change if the actual cleaning needs are different from the information provided, if extra work is requested, or if the property requires more time than expected.

If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and additional fees may apply.

  • Secure valuables, fragile items, personal documents, and important belongings

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues, loose fixtures, unstable furniture, worn surfaces, or items that were not properly secured before the cleaning service.


6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to help arrange another suitable time.

Repeated cancellations, short-notice cancellations, or failure to provide property access may result in a cancellation fee or may affect future booking availability.


7. Service Limitations

We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services, but some stains, buildup, odors, marks, or damage may not be fully removable, especially if they are old, permanent, deeply set, or caused by wear and tear.

We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, mold, heavy buildup, permanent marks, damaged surfaces, or odors.

We may refuse or stop service if the property is unsafe, unsanitary beyond normal cleaning conditions, contains hazardous materials, or presents a risk to our team.


8. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment

Unless otherwise agreed, our team may bring standard cleaning supplies and equipment needed for the service.

If you require specific products, eco-friendly products, allergy-sensitive products, or products for special surfaces, please let us know before the appointment.

If you request that we use your own products or equipment, you are responsible for making sure they are safe, suitable, and available at the property.


9. Satisfaction and Concerns

We want customers to be happy with the cleaning service they receive. If you have any concerns about the service, please contact us as soon as possible after the appointment.

We may ask for photos, details, or the opportunity to review the concern so we can understand the issue and offer a fair solution where appropriate.

Concerns reported too long after the cleaning appointment may be harder to verify or resolve.
